Abstract
The internship program carried out by students is very useful for applying and training the skills and knowledge that students have gained in lectures directly into the world of work. The internship program will be held at the Serdang Bedagai Youth, Sports, Tourism and Culture Department from 14 February 2023 to 12 May 2023. The Youth, Sports, Tourism and Culture Department is very suitable for an internship program for students who have an interest in working in the government sector. The internship program at the Serdang Bedagai Youth, Sports, Tourism and Culture Department can improve students' skills and knowledge to work under pressure in the office and outside the office, be able to overcome and resolve problems, and can improve public speaking skills when speaking in public. From the experience of the internship program that the author has carried out, the internship program is very useful for providing experience in the world of work and enabling the author to prepare himself for work in the future.
