Abstract

SISTEM INFORMASI KEPEGAWAIAN BERBASIS WEB WEB-BASED PERSONNEL INFORMATION SYSTEM Syuf’aturrizqiyyah, Ahmad Tri Hidayat Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology, Universit of Technology Yogykarta, yJl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : syufaturrizqiyyah331@gmail.com, ahmad.tri.h@uty.ac.id, ABSTRACT PT Kirana Design Indonesia is a business that has 3 business sectors, namely Kirana Wholesale, Kirana Textile, and Kirana Garment. In its business process, Kirana Design experiences problems in processing personnel data which is not yet computerized, such as the data collection process using Excel and data storage still using physical archives. This causes frequent writing errors and loss of archive data. To overcome this problem, research was carried out using descriptive methods with research steps including problem identification, data collection through interviews and questionnaires, then system development and testing. This system development was designed using the Laravel framework with HTML and PHP programming languages and using MySql as the database. In this research, system testing was carried out using the black box method to see the suitability and requirements of the system. Based on the results of black box testing, this system has successfully passed various test scenarios well. Of the 51 tests that have been carried out, there is 1 invalid scenario and 50 valid scenarios. In this system, the success rate is around 98.03%, which means that the system has fulfilled most of the specified requirements. With the information system that has been created, managing personnel data can be optimized more easily and the risk of data loss can be minimized.
