Abstract

Kabupaten sleman adalah bentang lahan asal proses vulkanik (aktivitas gunung berapi). Dengan luas wilayah 574,82Km2 dibagi menjadi 17 kecamatan. Berdasarkan rincian data bencana hidrometeorologi dari Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) tahun 2020, kejadian banjir telah terjadi sebanyak 1065 kejadian di sepanjang tahun 2020, kemudian bencana yang disebabkan oleh angin puting beliung telah terjadi sebanyak 873 dan tanah longsor 572 kejadian. Sedangkan untuk jenis bencana geologi dan vulkanologi, kejadian bencana gempa bumi telah terjadi sebanyak 16 kali dan 7 kejadian untuk peristiwa erupsi gunung api. Dari keseluruhan kejadian bencana korban terdampak meninggal sebanyak 370 jiwa, 39 orang hilang, dan 536 jiwa mengalami luka-luka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui daerah rawan banjir di wilayah kabupaten sleman berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Metode yang digunakan dalam penentuan daerah rawan banjir adalah metode overlay (tumpang susun peta) dengan pembobotan dan skoring terhadap parameter penyebab terjadinya banjir yaitu kemiringan lereng, penggunaan lahan, curah hujan, dan jenis tanah. Proses analisis menggunakan perangkat lunak ArcGIS 10,8. Hasil penelitian berupa peta tingkat kerawanan bencana banjir yang menampilkan sebaran wilayah dengan resiko potensi terjadinya bencana banjir. Sesuai peraturan Kepala Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) No. 2 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pedoman Umum Pengkajian Resiko Bencana, klasifikasi tingkat kerawanan banjir dibagi menjadi 3 kategori yaitu potensi resiko banjir rendah dengan simbol warna hijau, potensi resiko banjir sedang dengan simbol warna kuning, dan potensi resiko banjir tinggi dengan simbol warna merah. Hasil penelitian wilayah kabupaten sleman dominan dengan kemiringan lereng datar 0-8% seluas 443,721 (77,28%), penggunaan tata guna lahan pemukiman seluas 241.582Km² (42,019%), curah hujan dengan inetnsitas lebat seluas 236,943km² (41,42%), dan sebaran jenis tanah Regosol Coklat Kekelabuan seluas 414,90 (72,257%). Diperoleh tingkat kerawanan bencana banjir kabupaten sleman dengan resiko potensi banjir sedang seluas 363,80Km2 (63,35%) terdapat di 11 kecamatan, dan tingkat kerawanan resiko potensi banjir tinggi 21,03Km2 (36,64%) terdapat di 6 kecamatan, serta tidak memiliki sebaran tingkat kerawanan resiko potensi banjir rendah. Kata kunci: GIS, Sleman, Kerawanan, Pembobotan, Banjir. Sleman Regency is a landscape of volcanic origin (volcanic activity). With an area of 574.82 km2, it is divided into 17 districts. Based on detailed hydrometeorological disaster data from the National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) in 2020, 1065 floods occurred throughout 2020, then 873 disasters caused by tornadoes and 572 landslides occurred. As for the types of geological and volcanic disasters, earthquakes have occurred 16 times and 7 events for volcanic eruptions. Of the total disaster events, 370 people died, 39 people were missing, and 536 people were injured. This study aims to determine flood-prone areas in the Sleman district based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The method used in determining flood-prone areas is the overlay method with weighting and scoring of the parameters that cause flooding including slope, land use, rainfall, and soil type. Process analysis using ArcGIS 10.8 software. The results of the research are in the form of a map of the level of vulnerability to floods that displays the distribution of areas with the risk of potential floods. According to the regulation of the Head of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) No. 2 of 2012 concerning General Guidelines for Disaster Risk Assessment, the classification of flood vulnerability levels is divided into 3 categories which are low potential flood risk with a green symbol, medium flood risk potential with a yellow symbol, and high flood risk potential with a red symbol. The results of the study are that the area of Sleman Regency is dominant with a flat slope of 0-8% covering an area of 443.721 (77.28%), residential land use is 241,582 km² (42.019%), rainfall with heavy intensity is 236.943 km² (41.42%) , and the distribution of Regosol Brown-Grey soil type is 414.90 (72.257%). Obtained the level of vulnerability to floods in Sleman Regency with a moderate potential flood risk of 363.80 Km2 (63.35%) in 11 sub-districts, and a high level of vulnerability to potential flood risk of 21.03 Km2 (36.64%) in 6 sub-districts, and not has a low vulnerability level distribution of potential flood risk.
