Abstract

Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Merupakan suatu peristiwa yang tidak terduga dan tidak disengaja yang melibatkan kendaraan dengan atau tanpa pengunaan jalan lain yang mengakibatkan korban manusia dan kerugian harta benda, salah satu masalah paling disorot adalah tentang Jalan Trans Kalimantan dimana merupakan jalan yang memiliki tingkat rawan kecelakaan lalu lints yang tinggi, hal ini disebabkan Karena jalan tersebut merupakan jalan penghubung suau wilayah kota Palangkaraya menuju kota lainnya. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa seringnya terjadi kecelakaan pada jalan Trans Kalimantan ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi dari Tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2021. Analisis perhitungan ini menggunakan metode Batas Kontrol Atas (BKA), Upper Control Limit (UCL), Z-Score dan Cummulative Summary (Cusum) untuk mencari Black Site dan Black Spot. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 6 ruas jalan dengan jumlah angka Equivalent Accident Number (EAN) lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai BKA dan UCL, sehingga diidentifikasi sebagai lokasi rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas. Untuk metode Z-Score diperoleh 2,00 > 0 dan angka Cusum 11,5 > 0 maka diperoleh Daerah Black Site dan Black Spot pada Lokasi Jalan Trans Kalimantan. Kata kunci: Black Site, Black Spot, Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Traffic Accident Is an unexpected and unintentional event involving a vehicle with or without the use of another road which results in human casualties and property loss. One of the most highlighted problems is the Trans Kalimantan Road which is a road that has a high level of traffic accident-proneness, this is because the road is a connecting road for an area of the city of Palangkaraya to other cities. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out how often accidents occur on the Trans Kalimantan road. This research was conducted by collecting data on traffic accidents that occurred from 2019 to 2021. Calculation analysis was carried out using the Upper Control Limit (BKA), Upper Control Limit (UCL), Z-Score and Cummulative Summary (Cusum) methods to find Black Sites. and Black Spots. In this study, there were 6 roads with a higher Equivalent Accident Number (EAN) than the BKA and UCL values, so that they were identified as locations prone to traffic accidents. From the Z-Score test, it was obtained 2.00 > 0 and the Cusum score was 11.5 > 0, so the Black Site and Black Spot Areas were obtained at the Trans Kalimantan Road Location.
