Abstract
Peranan air sangat penting bagi manusia, sehingga harus memenuhi standar kuantitas dan kualitas air bersih. Penelitian ini menganalisis kuantitas air yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor teknis yaitu pemakaian meter air. Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) adalah perusahaan yang menjual jasa dalam penyediaan air bersih. Air adalah bahan baku yang juga merupakan ukuran dalam pertukaran untuk penyediaan layanan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang diperlukan antara lain data pembacaan meter air, jumlah jiwa dalam satu keluarga di Kelurahan Maoslor. Hasil analisis kuantitas bahwa jumlah pemakaian air sebesar 11,645 l/hr. untuk pelanggan adanya pompa air tidak sampai menunjukkan pemakaian air lebih dari 500 l/hr, sedangkan pelanggan yang tidak menggunakan pompa air pemakaian air lebih dari 500 l/hr. Kualitas air PERUMDAM Tirta Wijaya Kab. Cilacap cabang Maos di Kelurahan Maoslor menunjukkan kadar chlor yang tidak sama dan juga nilai kekeruhan yang berbeda. Kata kunci: Kuantitas Air, Kualitas Air The role of water is very important for humans, so they must meet the standards of quantity and quality of clean water. This study analyzes the quantity of water that can be influenced by technical factors such as the use of water meters. Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) is a company that sells services in the provision of clean water. Water is a raw material which is also a measure in exchange for the provision of these services. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The data needed includes data on water meter readings, the number of people in one family in the Maoslor Village. The results of the quantity analysis show that the amount of water used is 11.645 l/hr. For customers with a water pump it does not show water consumption of more than 500 l/hr, while customers who do not use a water pump use water more than 500 l/hr. The water quality of PERUMDAM Tirta Wijaya, Cilacap Regency, Maos branch in Maoslor Village, shows different chlorine levels and also different turbidity values.
