Abstract
ABSTRACT Karanganyar Tamtama Vocational School, as a well-known vocational school, provides educational services to enable its students to become professional, competitive individuals with national character and environmental culture. SMK Tamtama is a private vocational school that is empowered and operates under the Tamtama Education Foundation. To date, Karanganyar Tamtama Vocational School has been able to make a name for itself, both from district and provincial levels, to national and international levels. Has 5 vocational programs, all five of which have the vitality and urgency of the need for skilled workers in society. This expertise package has an important role in the joints of the nation's economy. Karanganyar Tamtama Vocational School in carrying out the process of recording and collecting data on goods is still manual, namely in books, so it is not possible to get data in real time if needed at any time. This manual process also takes a long time and is prone to human errors. So this problem became an idea to develop a web-based laboratory inventory data processing system. So there are problems with the inventory of laboratory goods at SMK Tamtama Karanganyar. A web-based laboratory inventory system can be created. This system functions to minimize the occurrence of errors in providing inventory data for laboratory goods, obtain data in real time, and can make it easier to search for item data according to specifications. As a result, the system can speed up data searches, Prasad as the main admin will speed up their work in inputting inventory data for laboratory goods, Sarpras can monitor laboratory inventory. The method used in creating a laboratory inventory system uses the waterfall method. Keywords: inventory, waterfall, system.
