Abstract

WEB-BASED VILLAGE ASSET MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM Muhammad Indrajati Hasta Abyudaya, Muhammad Zakariyah Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : abiyudaya08@gmail.com, muhammad.zakariyah@staff.uty.ac.id ABSTRACT This research was motivated by problems that occurred with the Gondang Village government in the process of recording inventory, borrowing and returning goods which were still written in ledgers placed in filing cabinets. When searching for data and making reports, officers experience difficulties and need more time to search for and make inventory reports. Based on these problems, an analysis and implementation of a system was carried out which could be an asset management solution for the Gondang Village government. In this research, data collection methods were carried out by observation, interviews and literature study. Meanwhile, the system analysis and design process is carried out using the Unified Model Language model. This research produces a village asset management information system where the results of the analysis and system testing carried out can be used to manage asset inventory data, loan data and return data. Apart from that, it can display asset inventory reports, loan reports, lost item reports and deleted asset reports. The success of system testing that has been carried out is 95%.
