Abstract

DEVELOPMENT OF MOBILE-BASED LICENSING INFORMATION SYSTEM APPLICATIONS Wira Adi Putra, Dodi Hariadi Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta Email : wiraogeb12@gmail.com, dodihar@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT The background to this research is that the process of recording permits does not yet have a system that can store data in a database, such as applications for sick permits or applications for leave permits and the attendance system is not yet integrated with the licensing system so that attendance and licensing reports are made separately. The aim of this research is to create a mobile-based licensing information system that can shorten the time for applying for sick leave which is connected directly to the database, so that HRD staff can manage permit, sick and leave data quickly and accurately. This research uses data collection methods by means of interviews, literature studies, business process flow studies, design, implementation and testing, while analysis and design uses the Unified Model Language method. This research produces a licensing information system that makes it easier for employees to submit requests for sick leave and makes it easier for HRD to manage employee permits for recording licensing data. Testing was carried out using the black box method, all test scenarios were successful and as expected with a success rate of 100%.
