Abstract

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A WEB-BASED TAILOR GOODS INVENTORY INFORMATION SYSTEM Yusrival Masud, Afwan Anggara Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : yusrivalmasud@gmail.com,angga_afw@staff.uty.ac.id, ABSTRACT Yussuf Tailor is a shop that sells various kinds of clothing. The location of Yussuf Tailor is in the city of Yogyakarta. The inventory information system is an important aspect of store operations to meet customer demand and maintain business smoothness. In this shop, recording of goods is still done manually, this can result in errors in recording in the books, resulting in delays in recording data and discrepancies between the recording of goods and the original stock of goods. By building an Inventory Information System, it can make it easier for owners and employees to manage inventory data that has been stored in the system. With the inventory information system application, the system can provide more accurate information in recording goods coming in and out, making it easier to find out data on what goods will be ordered again if stock runs out, and can also make monthly reports on goods inventory.
