Abstract

WEB-BASED INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEVICE SALES AND STOCK MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM Nurul Tri Wahyuni, Muhammad Zakariyah Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : nurultwipa3@gmail.com, muhammad.zakariyah@staff.uty.ac.id ABSTRACT CV Digital Solution Globalindo (DSG) is a service company that provides procurement, service and maintenance of information technology devices such as computers, laptops and CCTV. The problems that occur at CV Digital Solution Globalindo are in recording stock management reports and sales reports which are still ineffective, such as forgetting to record them, losing data and errors in inputting which results in a lack of information coverage. Given the problems that occur, analysis, implementation and testing are carried out on the system that has been designed. The system to be built uses system analysis methods, requirements analysis, interface design, system design using UML, database design and implementation, system implementation using the PHP programming language, and system testing using black box testing. The results of system testing can be concluded that the system can manage client data, goods data, incoming goods data, stock data, sales data, sales report data and stock management reports. Of the 49 test scenarios that have been carried out, there are 5 parts of the system that are invalid. So the system built produces 89% validity.
