Abstract

FIRST PARTY CERTIFICATION INSTITUTION ASSESSMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (LSP P1) MUHAMMADIYAH 1 MOYUDAN VOCATIONAL SCHOOL Priesma Enggartiasto, Damar Prasetyo Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : enggarprisma31@gmail.com, prassetyodmr@gmail.com ABSTRACT The LSP P1 system at SMK Muhammdiyah 1 Moyudan has two exam systems, namely theory and practical exams. Students who take part in professional certification activities must first register by completing several documents stipulated by the admin of LSP P1 SMK Muhammdiyah 1 Moyudan. There were several problems, namely that during the registration process a problem was discovered, namely that the documents could not be viewed in real time by the LSP P1 committee. During the examination process, a problem was discovered, namely that the certificate test sheet still used hardcopy. Apart from that, students cannot see the competency exam results in real time. The aim achieved is to build an LSP P1 assessment information system that can increase time effectiveness in certification activities and is expected to make it easier for assessors and assessees to obtain information on assessment activities. The method used is the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) method, using the waterfall phase or often also called the linear sequential method or classic life flow and the system design to be created using DFD (Data Flow Diagram). This research produces an LSP P1 assessment information system at Muhammadiyah 1 Moyudan Vocational School which can help with the registration process, theory exams, and the process of assessing exam results. System testing displays good results where almost all testing scenarios carried out are successful and in accordance with the expected results.
