Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB-BASED ASSET MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM Protasius Garry Triadi, Damar Prasetyo, Drs., M.Kom. Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta, E-mail : garryprotasius17@gmail.com, prassetyodmr@gmail.com, ABSTRACT Assets are wealth owned by the St Alphonsus Maria De Liguori Nandan Catholic Church. The existence of assets really helps the church in carrying out its duties. Asset processing in the church has not been carried out using an adequate and integrated system. The asset management sector has difficulty monitoring the condition of assets and cannot find out the whereabouts of assets after borrowing due to the lack of clear records. Therefore, we need a system that is integrated with each other and is able to provide information on planning, procurement, maintenance, borrowing and write-offs precisely, quickly and accurately. This research aims to design an asset management information system that can solve problems at the St Alphonsus Maria De Liguori Nandan Catholic Church. The methods used in this research are problem identification, literature study, data collection, system requirements analysis, system design, and system testing. The result of implementing this asset management information system is that the system can help the asset management sector in dealing with problems that occur as well as data that can be integrated well with each other and produce information that suits needs precisely, quickly and accurately.
