Abstract
IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INFORMATION SYSTEM TO INCREASE TRANSPARENCY IN THE WEB-BASED SPP PAYMENT PROCESS Diyan Kusuma Prihatmojo, Suyud Wodiono S.PD., Mkom. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : diyankusuma11@gmail.com, suyud.w@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Aisyiyah 2 Tasikmalaya Kindergarten (TK) is an early childhood education institution that has two standard educational focuses on physical growth and spiritual development of children. In the 2022/2023 academic year, TK Aisyiyah 2 Tasikmalaya will have 79 students. With a fairly large number of students and the potential for an increase in students in the future, careful data management is required. Currently, the recording system for tuition payments and student savings at TK Aisyiyah 2 Tasikmalaya still uses a simple manual method by making initial recordings in a ledger and then inputting them into Microsoft Excel. The initial identification results show that there are several problems that arise, including the data search process which takes a long time when there is already quite a lot of data. Apart from that, offline payments also make it difficult for parents to manage and view payment data. In dealing with this problem, the author proposes a solution by implementing a web-based tuition payment information system with the aim of making it easier to manage tuition and savings payment data at TK Aisyiyah 2 Tasikmalaya. This web-based information system is implemented using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework. The system design is designed using the waterfall SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) development method and the system testing used is the black box testing technique. The results of system testing using the black box method showed a success value of 91%, which means the system was successfully implemented and suitable for use.
