Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB-BASED PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR INTERNSHIP PARTICIPANTS (Case study: Astra Credit Companies Launches Techno Center) Triananda Putra Agung, Agus Sujarwadi Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: trianandaputra.agung@student.uty.ac.id agus.sujarwadi@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Astra Credit Companies is a conventional and sharia financing company covering investment financing, working capital financing, multipurpose financing and operating leases. Through its subsidiary, PT Cipta Sedaya Digital Indonesia Berijalan Techno Center, it has opened an internship program aimed at students to provide knowledge and experience related to the field of information technology in the financial industry. The internship program still uses online forms to carry out performance assessments to measure the success and development of interns so that the resulting data is not integrated and the resulting performance analysis is not in accordance with the company's needs. For this reason, a web-based information system for assessing the performance of apprentice participants has been designed which is expected to be able to simplify the performance assessment process which is currently underway. The method used in this research is literature study and field study by collecting data directly from the Astra Credit Companies Berjalan Techno Center. This research resulted in the design of an information system for assessing the performance of interns which makes it easier for companies and interns to carry out performance assessments. This performance assessment information system uses DFD diagrams, ERD, reports using the PHP programming language, and MYSQL for database processing. In this information system, admins can add participants and trainers, add divisions and training and print reports regarding trainers and participants. Trainers can manage materials, assignments and tests and then print reports regarding assignment and test scores. Participants can do assignments and tests then download the materials.
