Abstract
ABSTRACT Founded in 2004 in Sidomulyo, Sendangrejo, Minggir, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region, Daarut Taqwa Orphanage has evolved into a social institution providing Orphanage & Tahfidz House facilities since 2005. Despite making a positive contribution to assisting children without families or those not living with their families, Daarut Taqwa Orphanage still faces challenges in administrative management. The data processing process still relies on books as the primary medium. This approach not only consumes a considerable amount of time in searching and presenting data but also leads to errors and delays in submitting reports. In addressing these issues, the author developed a web-based data management information system for the administration of aid funds. The system aims to improve administrative management efficiency, accelerate data retrieval, and simplify the report generation process. The administrative website assists administrators in professionally managing orphanage data. Furthermore, the system reduces the risk of errors in aid fund administration.
