Abstract

Ma'arif 1 Yogyakarta Vocational School is a vocational high school that has begun to develop over time, but it is felt that the management of the lesson schedule is still lacking, this is seen from the hard files that are printed which are often lost. The right solution is to develop a lesson schedule information system. The system will be website-based where teachers and students can access it easily. Development is carried out using the waterfall method which starts from the process of planning, analysis, design, and implementation. The tools used in the development of this information system are the programming languages PHP, HTML, CSS and Javascript. The result of developing this information system is a lesson schedule information system with 3 access rights, namely admin, teacher and student. Testing on this information system uses the ISO 25010 standard with 5 characteristics usability, functional suitability, reliability, performance efficiency and maintainability. The test results with usability characteristics obtained a value of 96.25% so that they fulfilled the very decent category. The functional suitability test obtains a value equal to 1, so this information system is very feasible to use. Reliability obtains a reliability value of 100% so that it meets Telcordia standards. Performance efficiency obtains a loaded time value of 4.825 seconds so that it meets the criteria of less than 10 seconds. The maintability index obtained a value of 90.234 so that this information system is categorized as very feasible.
