Abstract

Hexa Music Studio is an individual business entity that provides a practice space with adequate facilities with quality musical instruments and also a comfortable waiting room for visitors. Hexa music studio is also very well known among pupils, students and musicians as a place for them to develop their work or just as a hobby. The service process at the Hexa music studio is still done manually, such as visitors who want to book a room must come and get schedule information and price list directly or via WhatsApp chat or telephone the studio to see the empty rooms or schedule. The aim of this research is to create a web-based information system for ordering/booking places to expand marketing and become a promotional medium so that it can be useful between owners and customers and improve service to customers. There are implementation stages used in designing this rental system, namely: data collection, analysis and design, program creation, testing and operation. This system was created using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) using the MySql database and CodeIgniter as the framework. Making this application makes it easier for owners and admins to manage rental data with computerized data processing and makes it easier for visitors to carry out transactions.
