Abstract
This final assignment report is useful for knowing and analyzing the realization of the 2022-2023 expenditure budget related to the efficiency of regional government performance in the Goods and Services Procurement Section (BPBJ) of Yogyakarta City. Analysis of the realization of this spending budget uses the budget efficiency ratio. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the analysis of the efficiency of the expenditure budget at the Yogyakarta City BPBJ agency during the 2022-2023 period generally has positive criteria or can be said to be less efficient. The operating budget for the 2022-2023 period can be said to be less efficient. This shows that BPBJ Yogyakarta City is still less efficient in allocating its operational expenditure. Meanwhile, the capital budget for the 2022-2023 period is also in the less efficient category, this reflects that the performance of Yogyakarta City BPBJ in allocating its capital expenditure has not prioritized optimally. However, BPBJ Yogyakarta City continues to try to improve its performance in the coming period.
