Abstract

The purpose of writing this final assignment report is to find out the procedures for providing and calculating murabahah financing at BMT Bangun Rakyat Sejahtera. Murabahah financing is a sale and purchase agreement for goods that includes the acquisition price and profit agreed between the seller and the buyer. The problem discussed in this research is the procedures for providing and calculating murabahah financing carried out by BMT Bangun Rakyat Sejahtera to prospective customers who wish to apply for financing. The data collection used was conducting interviews with BMT and collecting supporting data in the form of company profiles, organizational structures, and documents related to the procedures for providing murabahah financing carried out. The results of this research include a flowchart which aims to make it easier for prospective customers to understand existing procedures, an explanation of the parties involved in the procedure for providing financing, the documents used in providing financing, what the procedures and sequence of activities are in providing financing. , and an explanation of the calculation of murabahah financing at BMT Bangun Rakyat Sejahtera.
