Abstract
This final assignment report is to determine the effectiveness of employee spending at the Yogyakarta City Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service. In this case, the method used to collect data is observation and interviews with a quantitative descriptive approach. Determining the source of the data obtained is from the 2021-2023 Budget Realization Report. Calculations in determining the level of effectiveness using employee spending effectiveness ratio analysis. Ratio analysis is one of the considerations for making decisions. The results of this analysis in 2021-2023 show that the employee expenditure effectiveness ratio is 89.56%, 84.61% and 92.27%, indicating that the Yogyakarta City government has been effective in realizing the employee expenditure budget.
