Abstract
ABSTRACT Posyandu Duku, located in Sendang Asih Village, Sendang Agung District, plays an important role in providing health services at the village level. With a main focus on recording, monitoring children's growth, and providing public health services. Even so, the main challenge faced is the dominance of manual recording which often hampers the efficiency and accuracy of health data management. To overcome this challenge, an integrated Posyandu Data Collection Information System was developed. This system uses a MySQL database, supported by the Laravel framework for web platforms and mobile applications developed with Flutter. The system design includes recording Posyandu activities, monitoring child growth, and comprehensive health data management. In this development, a payment gateway is integrated to facilitate the payment process for Posyandu health services. The main objective is to provide innovative solutions to increase the accuracy and efficiency of health data management at Posyandu Duku. The existence of this system not only provides concrete solutions to the challenges faced by Posyandu Duku, but can also improve the quality of health services at the village level and make a positive contribution to overall community health development.
