Abstract

ABSTRACT CV Oka Motor is a company that operates in the motorbike repair service sector which tries to provide the best service and services for visitors. Many evaluations are carried out regularly to ensure the comfort of visitors in carrying out servicing, in the process of recording archive records each time the servicing is carried out by the workshop technician manually. The completed form is then submitted to the administrator. Then the data is input into the computer in Excel form as an archive. This process is still carried out using manual methods, where the method of data collection and archival recording makes the work carried out less efficient. For this reason, a centralized data system is needed as a place to store and manage the entire database which is integrated with an Android-based online workshop ordering application which has features for displaying information about queues, service ordering data which will be stored in the database. By using the Scrum method. The result of this research is an Android application for placing queue orders and mobile workshop services. Keywords: Queue Data, Order Data, Scrum Method
