Abstract

ABSTRACT Mugi Mari Pharmacy is a business in the health sub-sector which has 2 pharmacy branches. The business location is in the Jatibarang area, Brebes Regency. Currently the system used is still conventional, namely using cash and paper notes as proof of payment. The Medicine Sales Information System is a digital platform designed to assist efficiency and effectiveness in the management of medicine sales in a pharmacy or drug store. This system includes processes from receiving drug stock, inventory management, to sales transactions to customers. The aim of this system is to ensure smooth operations and provide optimal service to customers. This system has several key features, including inventory management, and sales report generation. With this system, pharmacies can reduce the risk of stock shortages or excess inventory which can result in losses. The method in system development uses a prototype model. Data collection was carried out using primary data and secondary data. The tools used in carrying out the analysis are Tier Diagrams, Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams and table relationships. The software used is Windows 11, Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, MySQL DBMS, Postman, Chrome and Diagram.net. The results of this research are payments that are integrated with a payment gateway and information such as type of drug, drug price, drug description input by the admin or pharmacy owner.
