Abstract

ABSTRACT PT Panorama Varia Cipta is a business that operates in the field of producing building materials to complement the aesthetics of building ceilings, commonly called PVC ceilings. Currently the system is still carried out using the telephone or coming in person and using Microsoft Excel, while ordering results in several problems which are not yet optimal. Therefore, an ordering system is needed to make it easier for admins to record data on distributors who have placed orders. The aim of this research is to implement the rest API by creating a display using web and mobile, simplifying the order transaction process for each distributor. The system is designed to help make it easier for admins to manage ceiling orders in the company. The design stage uses UML, namely: activity diagram, use case diagram, and sequence diagram. The design was made using MySQL as the database and Laravel as the PHP framework. The ordering system can increase the convenience of distributors in placing ceiling orders and reduce the risk of admin errors in managing orders for the company. The system makes it easy for distributors to carry out transactions using payment gateways. The system can create order reports every month, making the admin checking process easier. Keywords: PT.
