Abstract

ABSTRACT SDN 3 Pelem Pacitan is an elementary school with national standards and has students in it. The academic information system at SDN 3 Pelem Pringkuku Pacitan still uses the Microsoft Excel application for data processing. Teachers find it difficult to operate the Microsoft Excel application. The academic information system running at SDN 3 Pelem Pringkuku Pacitan is still not integrated into an efficient and effective academic information system, so searching for data takes a long time and takes time. This has the impact of slowing down teacher performance in processing data. The aim of this research is to help record master data such as student data, principal data, teacher data, parent data, and curriculum data, in addition to assisting in recording academic data such as adding grade data, attendance data, and subject data. The creation of this information system was carried out by collecting data, analyzing, designing, implementing and testing the information system on research objects at SDN 3 Pelem Pacitan. In this information system, the software used is DBMS (Data Base Management System) which is used as a data storage medium, MySql, which aims to make it easier for users and administrators to display data. The final result of this research is that the existence of this academic information system can provide a new alternative, namely that parents can monitor their children while studying at school using this application. Apart from that, the presence of grade and attendance management features can also make it easier and faster to provide information on student grades and attendance. Overall, the implementation of an academic information system can help make it easier for teachers to make grade and attendance report recaps. Keywords: Academic, MySql, PHP, Android Studio
