Abstract
ABSTRACT SD Muhammadiyah 01 Kencong is an elementary school in Kencong District, Jember Regency which faces challenges in distributing student assessment evaluation results which still use manual methods with exam results paper and report cards. This process takes a long time for teachers and is prone to errors in writing grades. Apart from that, report cards are still distributed by picking them up directly at school. To overcome this problem, researchers designed a mobile-based application with real-time notifications to speed up and simplify the distribution of evaluation results. The web system is used by admins, homeroom teachers and teachers to manage student, teacher, class, academic year, subject, exam and report card data. The application was tested using black box testing, and the results showed that student parents could see student grades in real-time via notifications on mobile devices, while admins, teachers and homeroom teachers could manage student grade data via the web platform.
