Abstract

ABSTRACT Requirements information, applicant registration, limited availability of permit forms, and applicant data storage have not been managed properly. This resulted in the service process at the One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) at the Indonesian Embassy (KBRI) in Doha, Qatar not running optimally. Constraints in data processing that take a long time cause queues in handling requests. This situation is inadequate in terms of time efficiency and smooth work. Apart from that, applicants also have to travel back and forth to the Indonesian Embassy in Doha just to process one permit, especially for applicants who live far from the city center (Doha, Qatar). This application was built using the JavaScript programming language and React-Native as the mobile application development framework. The database used is MySql and the server uses the PHP programming language. This application was built with the aim of making it easier for applicants to access permits and find out information on the requirements for obtaining permits, registration and obtaining registration forms. The aim of this final assignment is to overcome the obstacles that occur and also make it easier to provide licensing services at the Indonesian Embassy in Doha's one-stop integrated service. It is also hoped that the design of this application will produce the information needed to make it easier for applicants to process permits.
