Abstract

ABSTRACT The Bantul District Government still manages correspondence manually by recording incoming and outgoing letters in a book. This results in a slow and time-consuming data search process. The main problem arises when a letter requires disposition from the leadership, but the presence of the leadership is not always in the office causing delays in the process. To overcome this obstacle, an Android-based Mail Administration System was designed which uses the React Native framework. This system is designed with object-oriented modeling, namely Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). It is hoped that the research results in the form of an Android-based administration application can be used for archiving data on incoming and outgoing letters, and assisting in the letter disposition process.
