Abstract

ABSTRACT UD Mandiri is a souvenir shop that sells various types of typical food in East Java. The large number of types of food makes it difficult for stores to control the amount of inventory and purchase of goods. The problem that occurs is, UD Mandiri does not yet have a system in place, data on stock of goods is still in the form of pieces of paper from purchases of goods in the shop collected into one, this can cause the data on the goods to be lost or damaged for a long period of time. In this research, a system was created that uses 3 variables, namely demand, supply and production of goods. The system created can make it easier to predict goods stock data using the fuzzy Tsukamoto method so that it can make calculations easier and make reports effective and efficient. The data used is inventory, demand, and the number of stock items. The results of this research will be in the form of predictions of the amount of inventory and stock of goods that must be produced to meet demand.
