Abstract

ABSTRACT Technological advances can be utilized in various fields, one of which is in the field of information systems. Information systems are widely used in data collection and administration, where data collection and administration is an important form of procedure and system, including in pharmacies. Pharmacy is a trading business in the health sector which also requires a data processing system to simplify and expedite its performance. Manual data processing and administration processes are considered to slow down the performance of pharmacy services, so an information system for drug data processing and administration is implemented which can help and facilitate the data collection process at pharmacies. The software used to create this application is Android Studio, MySQL as a database, and other supporting software. The aim of this research is to find out whether the application of an Android-based data processing and administration system in pharmacies can function and help the data collection process in pharmacies. The results of implementing Android-based data processing and administration applications in pharmacies are expected to provide effectiveness and efficiency in pharmacy data collection.
