Abstract
ABSTRACT Reservations are an important thing to do when patients want treatment. At the Dr. Candra Safitri Clinic, the patient reservation process for treatment still uses conventional methods by forcing patients to make a reservation by coming directly to the Dr. Candra Safitri clinic and taking a queue number and waiting to be called according to the patient's queue number. Because the reservation process is still conventional, the service process at the Dr Candra Safitri Clinic is considered to be less effective and efficient. Therefore, a practice doctor reservation application is needed so that prospective patients can make reservations without coming directly to the clinic where the doctor practices. Implementing this practice doctor reservation application can increase the effectiveness of the service process at the Dr Candra Safitri Clinic so that patients can seek treatment comfortably. Implementation of RESTful API technology can facilitate data exchange between servers and clients. Based on application testing using the Black Box method, it can be concluded that the results of functionality testing of the admin website and patient mobile application were all successful and all the modules created were in accordance with the system design.
