Abstract
ABSTRACT In this 4.0 era, the need for information is very important, especially as the times develop so rapidly and technology becomes increasingly sophisticated, human resources (HR) must always be required to have expertise, skills and abilities in carrying out work and operating hardware and software. As with searching for information on job vacancies, many human resources still use manual methods in print media such as newspapers, magazines, brochures, job vacancy notice boards or by word of mouth, so researchers can develop and implement this method into a website-based system intended for users such as applicants, so that the delivery of information is clearer and easier for users to understand. In this website-based system, you can search according to the desired criteria and according to your skills or abilities. With this system, it can make it easier for users to find job vacancy information and it is hoped that this system will be able to reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia.
