Abstract
ABSTRACT Health is an important aspect in people's lives. Karangampel Community Health Center is one of the community health centers that provides general public health services. There are several health services provided by the puskesmas, including general practitioner practice, specialist doctor practice, MCH (Maternal and Child Health) service practice, family planning service practice. Currently the queuing system at the puskesmas is not yet computerized so it is felt to be less effective. Many patients who have registered complain because they do not know the exact operational schedule at the puskesmas. The aim of this research is to develop a mobile-based computerized application that contains information regarding the doctor's practice schedule, online examination registration, the patient's examination history, as well as submitting online referral letters. This application also has features for making quick ambulance calls and digital drug redemption services. This research method includes observation and system design using the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the prototype method, as well as creating a system architecture to produce a mobile-based health center service information system. The application that has been created is then tested using a black box. The test results produced a value of 90%, indicating that the application is suitable for use. Keywords: Health Service Application, Mobile Application, queue, registration, medical records.
