Abstract

ABSTRACT The KIA (Maternal and Child Health) book is an important tool as a reference in carrying out pregnancy checks. However, in practice, this book is often neglected or left behind when pregnant women consult with medical personnel, which results in data discrepancies between the MCH book and medical records. The aim of this research is to provide guidance and monitoring media for pregnancy health which is implemented in a mobile-based application. This research was conducted at the Rakit 1 Community Health Center, Banjarnegara Regency, Central Java. This research method uses the Waterfall model starting from problem analysis and data processing, designing a GUI design system and database design, implementing programming languages, system integration and system testing using the Black Box method, up to the system maintenance stage. This research produces an output in the form of an Android application to store pregnancy data that is synchronized in real-time and can be accessed online as a medium for guidance and monitoring pregnancy health.
