Abstract

ABSTRACT Batik Solo Trans is public transportation in the city of Surakarta. The completeness of the information provided greatly influences the knowledge and course of mobility in the community, information regarding the route taken by the bus is very much needed for the smoothness and comfort of Batik Solo Trans passengers. The lack of information obtained regarding Batik Solo Trans public transportation gave birth to the idea of developing a website that could provide information about the route that must be taken so that it could make it easier for the public, especially Batik Solo Trans users, to find information about Batik Solo Trans. Through the website, it is easier for users to find information on the route they need to take to get to their destination using Batik Solo Trans. Therefore, as a form of solution to improve comfort services and public satisfaction in using city public transportation today, namely through the use of a website which is able to help provide information on the Batik Solo Trans route via this website. This website-based Batik Solo Trans Public Transportation Service System is used for Batik Solo Trans passengers to help provide assistance regarding route information that will be used so that Batik Solo Trans passengers reach their destination. This is able to produce easy access to Batik Solo Trans, so with this website it is hoped that it will increase the interest of public transportation users as a solution to traffic jams.
