Abstract
ABSTRACT Fatih Cleanshoes is a business that operates in the field of fashion care, but is usually synonymous with shoe care. Currently, customers are increasingly busy with their activities, so they don't have time to carry out maintenance and deliver their shoes directly to the location. Apart from that, there is a lack of information about the customer's shoe process. It is not uncommon for customers to have to go back and forth to ensure that their shoes have been treated or are in the treatment stage. Even though it has been scheduled at the time of the transaction, it is not uncommon for excessive transactions to occur which causes treatment to be postponed from the specified schedule. So with these problems, an idea was created to develop it into an Android-based application. Then, to create the application using MySQL (database), Kotlin and PHP (programming language). Therefore, it is hoped that this application can provide solutions to customers and Fatig Cleanshoes to help process transactions and better information than before, such as: people can make transactions online, customers can choose to deliver and pick up their shoes themselves or Fatig Cleanshoes. who do this, customers can see the process of entrusted shoes, better data reports for the business, and it is easier to inform customers about things from the business. Keywords: Treatment, Shoes, Transactions, Customers, Applications, Android, Fatig Cleanshoes.
