Abstract
ABSTRACT Guidance and counseling have been an important aspect of education since 1984. Guidance and counseling services are generally carried out in the school environment and contribute to the formation of students' personalities. Apart from that, guidance and counseling teachers also have the responsibility to record student data, such as student data, attendance data and achievement data. However, at SMK PGRI 1 NGANJUK, the service process and data recording by BK teachers is still done manually. Guidance and counseling data is recorded in ledgers, which require a long time to process and manage the data. In facing these challenges, technological developments can be utilized by building an effective and efficient support system. Therefore, an E-Counseling application was designed that uses the REST API method and is equipped with flow charts such as Flowcharts, DFD, and ERD. This application was built using the PHP and Kotlin programming languages, and utilizes the Laravel framework. Keywords: Guidance, Counseling, Flowchart, DFD, ERD, PHP, Laravel.
