Abstract

ABSTRACT Stacking queues at workshops becomes a problem when motor vehicle users who want to service their vehicles arrive at the same time. Therefore, it is hoped that the development of this application can minimize queue build-up. This makes it easier and reduces the waiting time for people who want to service their motorized vehicles. The research method used uses the waterfall model. Users who use the application can log in, then choose what type of service they want and can fill in complaints or additions if necessary. The application runs on the Android operating system which runs on mobile devices. Testing of the application is carried out and carried out using black box testing. The test results obtained results that were in accordance with what the tester wanted. It is hoped that the presence of this application can make it easier, easier and shorter for users to service their vehicles. Keywords: Booking application, Reservation, Workshop, Mobile, Android
