Abstract
ABSTRACT Guidance counseling in schools is a process of providing interaction assistance between students and counseling guidance teachers, either directly or indirectly, in order to help students solve the problems they are experiencing. Lack of facilities for student services in submitting complaints along with criticism and suggestions who still use manual methods and have to come to the counseling guidance room because not all students dare to speak directly. Giving birth to the idea of creating an Android application that can provide student services to submit complaints along with criticism and suggestions. easily and without needing to come to the guidance and counseling teacher's room. Therefore, as a form of solution to improve student comfort and satisfaction services in submitting current complaints, namely through the guidance and counseling service application which is able to assist in conveying complaints, criticism and suggestions, or problems experienced at school or outside school.
