Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to overcome community problems in submitting complaints and receiving information regarding surrounding conditions, as well as improving government services for good governance through the development of "Android-based community service information and reporting media". Qualitative research methods were used for software development and data collection. Unified Modeling Language (UML) is a tool used to design applications, while testing is carried out through black box testing. The result of this research is an Android mobile application that can simplify and speed up the process of finding solutions to community problems effectively.
