Abstract

ABSTRACT Indonesia is a country of law, one of the characteristics of a country of law is the need for mechanisms to protect and enforce constitutional rights to the maximum so that all Indonesian citizens (WNI) have the same rights. Article 28 D paragraph (1) of the 1945 Republic of Indonesia Constitution also explicitly states that "Everyone has the right to recognition, guarantees, protection and certainty of fair law and equal treatment before the law.” To obtain justice in accordance with applicable law, obtain legal assistance through a legal advisor or advocate from the Legal Aid Institute. These institutions provide defense for cases faced by community members who want to obtain justice in court. In this research, it was built an online legal consultation platform to help people who need legal assistance. This platform allows the public to consult directly with advocates online through Android and web-based applications, which are built using the REST API and main programming technologies PHP and JavaScript, and use Laravel as the framework.
