Abstract
ABSTRACT Along with the development of science and technology, problems often occur that threaten home security. This problem starts with a security level that does not meet security standards at home. Various problems that can threaten the security conditions of the house, namely the danger of fire which can be caused by negligence in regulating the temperature of the house and uncontrolled electronic equipment by the home owner. The design of this home security system prototype is programmed and controlled by NodeMCU ESP-8266 to send all sensor reading data to the interface. It uses a relay as an electronic device control tool and the DHT11 sensor functions as temperature monitoring. Keywords: Internet of Things, NodeMCU, Android, Monitoring, DHT11
