Abstract

ABSTRACT In the current digital era, public complaint services are very important to increase public participation in government management. However, there are still many obstacles faced by the public in submitting complaints, such as difficulties in finding information on complaint services, complicated processes, or a lack of transparency in services. To solve this problem, the author developed a public complaint service application in Banjarnegara Regency which allows the public to submit complaints online. This solution can connect authorities with the community more effectively and efficiently. The interim results that the author has obtained are that this application is expected to increase community participation in government management and increase the effectiveness of complaint services. The features provided include online reporting, easy to access and operate, as well as facilities for managing complaint and report data which are useful for the authorities in handling complaints.
