Abstract
ABSTRACT Traditional food sales application is a management system that facilitates the process of selling food and drinks in a culinary business such as restaurants, and cafes. One example is Toko Rafie, Toko Rafie is a restaurant located in Banjar Patroman City. Rafie's shop sells West Java regional specialties, namely tutug oncom rice. The problems faced by Rafie's shop are that the transaction process is still conventional, sales reports still rely on conventional bookkeeping processes, and there are still frequent shortages or excess stocks of food ingredients. So that causes the data to be less relevant. So from the results of the research, the researcher aims to create a mobile web-based sales system application using the waterfall methodology. Judging from the problems that occur and the objectives of the research, the researcher succeeded in making a mobile web-based sales system application to provide convenience to Rafie Stores regarding the transaction process which is still conventional, and sales reports that still rely on the konvensional bookkeeping process. Researchers succeeded in creating a web-based sales system application which is expected to provide solutions to problems that occur at Rafie Stores such as the sales process that still relies on conventional bookkeeping processes, conventional transaction processes, and frequent shortages or excess stock of food ingredients.
