Abstract
ABSTRACT The problem faced by Resto Lesehan Gendut Taman is that the ordering service takes a long time, causing customers to have to wait for hours to get service. Waiters sometimes make mistakes in recording food, which annoys customers. Bad service will make the quality of restaurant service decrease. It is hoped that the existence of a food ordering system using the Quick Response Code can help overcome errors and satisfy customers and speed up orders so that orders can be minimized. The method used is the Rapid Application Development method which carries out three stages, namely requirements planning, design development and implementation. Therefore, to simplify the restaurant ordering system, the proposed solution is a food ordering system using the Quick Response Code. This system uses Visual Studio Code and MySQL as the database. The results of trials using a black box, the ordering system created has been successfully implemented so that it can make it easier to order food at Resto Lesehan Gendut Taman. The features created have been successfully implemented so that the website can be used. Keywords: System; Booking; Quick Response Code, Service
