Abstract
ABSTRACT The Population and Civil Registration Service is an official government agency that handles matters related to population events. The main task of this service is to help carry out various government affairs, one of which is meeting community needs, such as providing services in the administrative sector. Dukcapil workers often face challenges such as people being busy to come quickly, difficult requirements, and concerns about long queues to get assistance. The aim of this research is to develop a service system that can be accessed by the public using a smartphone connected to the internet network. This research uses mobile technology with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, a process that starts from planning, needs analysis, system design, system development, and testing, and ends with a mobile web-based population and civil registration service system which is expected to make things easier for the community. in registering applications online anywhere and anytime so that it is more effective and efficient.
