Abstract

ABSTRACT Stunting is a condition when a baby has a lower height than babies his age. The impact of stunted babies can increase the risk of disease and even death, which will continue to have an impact until the child is an adult. The data collection system for monitoring children's growth and development still uses media in the form of books so it is considered inefficient in the data collection process. It was proven that during this process data was lost because the book was exposed to water or other damage occurred. This research aims to assist data collection services for monitoring children's growth and development by utilizing online and real-time mobile technology. The process used to collect data was by means of interviews and direct observation at several posyandu and several mothers of toddlers. This interview was carried out by visiting several posyandu and several houses and then interviewing posyandu officers and mothers of toddlers. Observations carried out directly aim to describe everything related to the research. The results of this research are web and mobile applications to make it easier for posyandu officers to fill in data and make it easier for mothers of toddlers to monitor their children's growth and development. In this research, we succeeded in developing a web and mobile-based child monitoring data collection application. With Android Studio tools, Visual Studio Code and MySQL database.
