Abstract

ABSTRACT Jakal 7 is a company that operates in the futsal and basketball court rental sector. However, the rental information system at Jakal 7 is currently not managed efficiently. Customers still have to come directly to the location to check the available field schedule and make payments. This service approach that relies on traditional methods can reduce customers' interest in ordering the field again. The aim of this study is to understand the system that is already running, design a new system, analyze, test and implement an Android-based field ordering system. This research aims to develop an Android-based field ordering application that will help Jakal 7 improve efficiency and service quality. The research methods applied include literature analysis and Firebase database design. Testing was carried out using the black box method, and the system has been proven to function according to its design. The result of this research is an Android-based futsal and basketball court ordering application that will make it easier to manage order data and create reports for Jakal 7.
