Abstract

ABSTRACT Nowadays, it is commonplace for companies that want to increase their productivity to utilize apps to do so. The Sir Collections is an MSME engaged in hotel amenitis located in Langensari, Banjar City. The inventory recording, report generation and data search used by The Sir Collections are still conventionally documented. Through evaluation of the existing system, the main problem identified lies in the inventory recording process. It was found that inventory reports often did not match the amount of inventory on hand, and the data search process took a long time, resulting in inefficiency in inventory management. Based on the description above, to facilitate various aspects of decision making and minimize errors that may occur, researchers aim to use the Waterterfall method in developing information systems to ensure integration between system functionality and user needs for system testing researchers use the blackbox method. The final result of this research is that the researcher succeeded in making a website-based goods recording system application and mobile application. The application provides an effective solution to problems that often occur in inventory management, such as mismatching inventory reports and long data search times.
