Abstract

ABSTRACT Technological advances have brought many changes, including technological advances in the health sector. Augmented reality is a small example of technological progress. Augmented reality can be combined with the health sector to provide information. The author would like to introduce that you can learn about herbal medicinal plants along with information and recipes on how to process them in one application using augmented reality (AR) technology, technology that combines three-dimensional graphics with the real world in real time with technology assisted by a smartphone camera device. By using a marker-based method then displaying 3D plants and brief plant information that matches the identified image, the result of developing this application is a learning media that is very easy to use and has many benefits for the general public to avoid dangerous drugs and get to know more about herbal medicinal plants. .
